I returned a faulty pen and despite repeated calls and emails have not received any reply. Despite being told my product would be replaced.

Ordered the flexi time table chart, adding and subtraction chart and reading ruler. Really easy website to order from, paid for 2nd class delivery and it arrived the next day. The reading ruler is already making a difference for my child. And as I am local I will certainly be coming to your store for my items to help my dyslexic child.
