  • Tristan is an amazing Personal Trainer and Coach. I've been training with him for months now and his commitment to help me achieve my goals is outstanding. He has an extensive knowledge in excersizes and nutrition which he passes on to help you achieve whatever your goal is. One thing I like the most about Tristan is his passion for his work and the dedication that he encourages yourself to adopt.... and above all of that he's a really friendly guy.

  • I started my journey with Tristan in spring 2021 when I had been diagnosed as needing a knee replacement....at that time I was overweight and I simply was not fit enough to recover. On that basis our aim was very clear... note that i said OUR aim...and thats exactly how Tristan looked at it - a joint effort. Tristan initially assessed my capabilities over a couple if sessions and then started me working..... it wasn't easy and I can't pretend that every second was a joy but he really taught m...

  • Tristan is a fantastic Personal Trainer who is patient and full of tips to get the best from your workout and gives sensible healthy nutrition advice. I've been surprised at what he gets me to do and that I enjoy it but that's down to his gentle persuasion keeping me on track and pushing me to do more than I thought I could.

  • During the pandemic my fiancé and I became stuck in a rut, eating large meals and moving less. When the world started opening up again, we became busy with social events and exercise and nutrition became the bottom of our priority list. Tristan helped us make exercise and nutrition a priority again, pushing us harder each session and holding us accountable when it came to diet. This has been immensely helpful.   • Tristan has been training me twice a week for the last 3 months. I have lost 9lb in weight gained strength and improved muscle definition. Tristan is very professional and concise with his training exercises, dietary information and nutritional knowhow. He pushes you right to your limits with each training session and you go away feeling healthier and fitter after each one. Would highly recommend him.
