Really great Ossie is so happy and so are we,

We ordered dog food through their shop, however when we went to pick it up we were spoken to in an abrupt and rude manner saying they had sold it to someone else, and this was our fault for not picking the food up within two days. Very poor service, there is nothing about this "policy" on their website and having had our phone number they could have easily had contacted us if they were concerned about collection time. We will not be buying through them again.

The ideal place for doggy daycare. Pets are well cared for and plenty to keep them occupied, there's even hydrotherapy!! Highly recommended to anyone seeking a safe place to keep their dogs.

Great place, these guys really know their stuff and genuinely care about all the dogs they look after!
