The experience was very informative and interesting. The e-learning courses were simplified and made to be easy to understand. The practical course were very interactive. Stevie, my practical instructor made the class/training room very fun, calm and engaging. He explained all the basics that were needed to learn and encouraged a feedback system. Thoroughly enjoyed the course today. I rarely stay focused during lectures but Jackie was able to keep me engaged throughout the day. Even though the presentation was a recap of what we have learned online, it was summed very well and wonderfully explained. Only thing I'd like to note is that the company should update the practical training course's advert - It was advertised as lunch provided but nothing was prepared today. Elizabeth L.
