My last 3 orders were acknowledged, given delivery times and they never shown up. They answer messages unless its to chase a delivery. On my last order they responded to all my messages up until asking about delivery, I even posted on their Facebook page as they said they had problems with messages and I was still ignored. I've given this company a few chances as they are local and a small business that I'd have liked to support but the customer service is terrible and I end up with disappoi...

Very disappointed…have been trying to order some jubilee packs since 18 May…finally managed to get a response but then they didn’t send bank details over so it was too late for the packs to be posted. The Craft House said that they were over my way so would deliver them today…I was very grateful and waited in most of the day but no show and ignored my message…too late now as my party is tomorrow.

Had a lovely time here tonight, they were nice enough to open up for a group of us and host my hen night. Nothing was too much trouble, and the guidance we got for making our resin jewellery was outstanding. I’ve been to a few workshops here now and I keep coming back, I’ve always enjoyed them and made something I’m happy with 😊
