Emailed many issues to owner and didn't even get a reply. Place is nice enough. Hot tub had a nice view but as far as customer service is concerned, utter rubbish. Oh and don't be fooled. No cooker so don't take food to cook because you will throw it away like we had to! Dont hold much hope on your "free" prosecco because that's none existent too. False promises throughout. You won't see kerry once she's rushed showing you how to work the hot tub.

We stayed in the Cennen over the weekend — two couples and a dog — and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for us all, spotlessly clean and beautiful views. The host was so laid back it really made us all feel super relaxed the entire stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Highly recommend this amazing tranquil and scenic getaway for families and couples. Made to feel very welcome when greeted by the hostess, Kelly. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need for a weekend away. Hot tub with a view is an added touch to this very special hideaway. In a very quiet location but within a short distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions.
