  • Joining the Confidence Coach is one of the best things that I have ever done. All the PT’s are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They create an atmosphere that helps everyone achieve their goals,. They are all aware of whatever physical limitations we have and modify the sessions accordingly. I’m doing things that I never thought would be possible at my age

  • I've been to many gyms trying to exercise and keep fit, but after a few weeks I'll give up. There was no support/motivation. It was just a case of paying the fee and that's it. But at Confidence Coach gym, it's completely different. The coaches encourage me to do best, to keep trying hard.They are friendly and supportive. I've been going since January and God Willing I'll be there for a long time. It's my Happy Place 😊

  • Excellent gym that specialises in small group training work. Has made a real difference to my overall fitness and strength, with significant improvements from this in my 5km running times. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff.!!

  • Great training facility, challenging but varied programs lead by knowledgeable and friendly Coaches...really different to other gym's. The trial is great to get a really good idea of what this place is about. Really good atmosphere, super clean and tidy...amazing people all round. Almost 5 months training here and really enjoying the training. Improved mental health, better sleep are just some of the amazing changes I've seen whilst working on improving my physical health. So many sessions...

  • These guys have kept me motivated, interested and continue improving my fitness and strength in spite of a serious fractured ankle. I was welcomed back after my holiday even though I had a cast on my leg and non weight bearing on the foot! They took time to work out what I could and couldn’t do so the rest of my body remained as strong as possible to aid my recovery. I’m still recovering but back up to full fitness in the rest of my body (and mind) weights, bike, rower etc!! So grateful I was...
