after rude staff wendy was giving me rude service complained got manager her was worse then issued an apology then told after visit no dont come back well feel discraminated against on disability and anxious person and not wanting bad treatment please understand if you disabled not gym for you

It's close and has a good selection of equipment given the size. I especially like that there are two squat racks.

Basic gym with all the essentials. Mediocre dumbell selection. Dated cardio equipment. Good swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.

Quality wee gym and the pool,spa,sauna & steam room are an added bonus, the staff are always available and helpful when required.

The staff here are very helpful. They are always keen to help you whenever you are unsure of something. It is well priced a gym. You get access to the gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jaquzzi and classes.
