I haven't receive the information that I was told to be given not really impressed which about courses........

Not good for people who are dyslexic and need extra help.I found the communication delayed and didn’t like that I need to pay extra if I went over the 12 weeks which mostly was due to me needing more support and not understanding things.

Not a great company and they do not treat their staff in a good way.. I have had a very bad experience with them and would not recommend them despite their fake facade of being good on the surface when you see through this you will realise they are not so great.

This company gave me so much support, as an apprentice I was unfortunate to lose my job during the lockdown, the company supported me to find a new placement and transferred my course over. There is alot of work to do but if this is the career you want I highly recommend doing the apprenticeship route with the childcare company. I am now looking at doing my level five with them

3 stars just because the course was delivered very well via my apprentices tutor, very nice friendly lady. The company themselves have extremely poor communication and customer service. I won't be using again.
