  • Just wanted to say that Georgia in the member services team was great when I received a membership upgrade and was unable to pay online (tech issue). Georgia said she would call back when she could process payment. Naturally expected she wouldn't as that's the general experience with companies, but she was great. She called back right away, took payment and processed the upgrade straight away! Went really smoothly. Thank you :)

  • When the owner argues with you and you are from Durban, the biggest population of Indians outside of India? Lamb curry with green and red peppers and mushrooms?????

  • Woeful tutorial support. You pay a significant amount of money for what you expect to be a comprehensive course, but get very little in return. Made out to be a course of use and/or progression, but severely lacking in substance or real world application.

  • If you have a learning disability and would require reasonable adjustments to do your course, then I would avoid studying with CIM. They were incredibly unkind to me and were unwilling to make changes so that I could do my course to the best of my ability. If you are looking to do a marketing course, I would urge you to do your course through a university which has a SEN department who will support you with your studies.

  • Good qualifications to have under your belt but slightly unnerving learning process. Received a distinction for the MP unit but found the course wasn't very transparent which made understanding what tutors , examiners (accountable on Avado learning's part) and general requirements of CIM quite difficult to fully understand - this was hugely apparent during the CC unit.
