  • I saw a very nice Dr. who was very helpful and explained everything clearly and arranged appropriate tests,etc.I felt listened to.I was not rushed in or out, and never had to wait until after my appointment time.Very satisfied.

  • Also website says : "Access your local GP services online Register Now! Book new appointments without having to phone." You cant book GP appts at Patient Access - only the flu jab or private healthcare. Jan 23 - now 2 years and still not seen a doctor at Sleep Clinic. What are we paying for?   • I have been with the Caversham for many years. I just wanted to say what an amazing job everyone there (and I mean everyone - including reception staff, doctors, nurses and the unsung yet vital admin people) is doing despite the on-going Covid pandemic.   • Have been going to this Drs my whole life and cannot believe how down hill it’s gone. Drs themselves have always been kind and knowledgeable but the reception staff are making a mockery of the practice. Inexperienced, rude and not willing to help at all. I spoke with Nora this morning who quite frankly wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.
