The facilities are superb (supporting digital editing with an accessible suite, fully equipped studios, and excellent darkrooms suitable for black and white analogue film processing). Regular stewards have a decent range of skills and are courteous and professional. Late opening is available on most evenings, weekend access can be booked, and there's a gallery space featuring images from a diverse rota of image makers.
