The Cake Decorating Academy

Myself and my Mam did the celebration cake course today with Alison at the Lichfield venue. we loved every moment of it. Great tips and tricks and at a pace that feels right. Met the owner Di and she was also very warm and welcoming! We loved it that much were looking to come back to do the floral bouquet cupcake course! Plus we got two beautiful cakes!

Would highly recommend taking this course, you can get funding for this through the Princes Trust aswell! Diana is incredibly patient and gives some incredible tips and tricks, amazing for beginners and experienced bakers! She is also easy to talk to and get on with, amazing techniques couldn't ask for a better teacher, pleasure to work with.😁

Being a student at Buttercream & Bows has been a excellent experience for me. So far have have attended 3 courses The “Ultimate Sugar Craft Rose”, which was a great experince, got to learn the all the hidden secrets of sugarpaste roses, “Cake boss”- great knowlegde, helped me open & widen my views within the cakes business, all my question I was unsure about were all answered at this course, and finally the “Bailey Bear” which was loads of fun as I got taught step by step, Jo & Diana are gr...

I had a great time on the cup cake master class. I learnt so much and the girls were so welcoming and full of professional advice and tips. I would defiantly recommend this training academy to anyone as its learning whilst having an experience day out. Deborah.

I've had 2 amazing cupcake days with Buttercream and Bows (Christmas cupcakes and Vintage cupcakes). Jo, Diana and all the gang are really friendly and professional, and have helped me to develop my passion for cake decorating. Thanks guys, can't wait to attend the next course :-)
