I have done 2 sessions at The Cake College, both with Clare - and thoroughly enjoyed both! I learned a huge amount in the Two Tier class- it gave me the confidence to really enjoy making wedding cakes, rather than dread making them. The Blossoms and Buds Flower Class was great too- the basic skills of sugar paste flower making, which I have been able to use and try new things with. I’ve recently been to my 16th class at The Cake College. Yes, it’s that good. This time it was the new Bread Making class. It was such a brilliant class. In one day, we made five different types of bread and they all tasted delicious. The cake and cookie classes are great too. The instructors are so talented, patient and friendly and you can go at your own pace whether you are a beginner or experienced baker. I’ve learnt such a lot but I keep coming back because it’s just the best fun.

I would 100% recommend The Cake College to anyone interested in baking and decorating! I attended the Faultline Cake Class after being gifted a voucher for Christmas, and it was such an amazing class! The kitchen studio is amazing and the staff are so wonderful and talented! I’ve never felt more welcomed! I would definitely return and hope to soon!

just recently completed the Mothers Day cupcake bouquet class. had such fun and made something beautiful that I would not of had the courage to try before. Everyone very friendly and helpful and made the day extra special thank you
