Edit: I have been going here a few years now. They have had a refurb so the damp smell is less noticeable. Although I still get home smelling. Awesome sized practice space. Could do with some loading bays outside but I haven't got a ticket from parking on the yellows yet 🤞 Original: Good location. Decent price. Came home smelling of damp though.
