The Boho Shed

I took part in Jo's upholstery beginners' course and this was my first time doing this type of art work. It was a great class, where Jo provided us with amazing tips and I finished the class with a lovely step-stool to bring back home. Jo is absolutely lovely, patient, and full of knowledge to share with her students. I would recommend her class for anyone who wants to try something new. Thank you Jo, and oh I almost forgot about the delicious cakes!

What a brilliant day doing the upholstery course with Jo. Learned so much and ended the day with a beautiful footstool. Jo is such a good teacher, she explains things so clearly, demonstrates each step and helps you if you need it. We were a group of 9 and had such a laugh all day. To top it off Jo's mum provides delicious homemade cakes for everyone. So glad I did the course and would recommend it to anyone 💓

Thank you to Jo for the most wonderful day. We spent the morning learning and trying out different painting techniques and then in the afternoon it was time to try out our new skills on our very own piece of furniture. I would highly recommend this workshop (and the yummy cakes), all Jo's hints and tips were great. I can't wait to get painting at home. Thank you x

What an excellent day out, I haven’t enjoyed myself so much for an age! We started the day with all the ladies on the workshop chatting and introducing themselves and then Jo offered us wonderful home made scones with jam and cream or home made delicious chocolate cake, made by her mother. Tea and coffee and biscuits were freely available all day long for anyone to help themselves. Jo is very kind and patient and is an extremely talented lady. I really enjoyed my day at the Boho Shed making a little footstool for my grandson with a lovely friendly group of ladies. This is the first thing I have made for a long time & Jo's expertise & instructions made it a lovely relaxing experience alongside the tea & cakes! I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn new skills and gaining confidence whilst doing so, & I am very pleased with my footstool. Many thanks Jo .
