  • Fantastic zumba classes! If you enjoy dancing around the routines are great for any level. Throughout the last few months classes have been online which has been a great way to keep fit at home and keep the routine of a weekly class. Have been going to these classes for over 4 years now, highly recommend!

  • I have been doing The Body People's online Pilates class for about four weeks. I haven't actually met Chloe (the instructor) in real life but it really does feel as if she is in the room with us. She corrects our posture, gives feedback and encourages us throughout the whole of the lesson.
