  • If your looking for a personal trainer/coach that goes above and beyond, Mikey is your guy. His knowledge of anything health and fitness is second to none. He really gets to know you as a person and can personalise a program that fits you/your goals perfectly. His friendly and approachable demeanour really makes entering the gym less daunting. Highly recommended!
