Sorry we were there getting in the way! Ho! Ho! Ho! It was supposed to be the season of joy - NOT! We can only but agree with Jackie Golynia's most accurate review on Tripadvisor. Staffwise, Megan and the chef were gems, but perhaps Trefor needs reprogramming! He may have been in the industry absolute ages and no doubt hosts amazing wedding experiences, but 'intimate' festive occasions definitely lack! Attended a wedding here. The grounds are stunning! Great facilities, comfy accommodation, food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. I would like to say best wedding venue in Kent. Highly recommended!

Please please read the bad reviews before you consider booking this. The more senior staff were so unbelievably rude, an attitude that you don’t expect. If anyone hates their job as much as they come across in a customer based industry then try something else. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever laid on, springs in backs bad! The sound insulation also very bad.
