Staff don't take numbers down correctly, therefore no confirmation appointment received. Staff didn't seem too bothered that they made the mistake. Won't use again and certainly won't recommend to anyone else

I recently visited the Beauty Box for a massage and a facial. As a man who knows his way around being pampered I can wholeheartedly recommend Kerrie at the Beauty Box. The treatment room is very clean and tidy, it even has a heated treatment table! My massage was very good and the facial was excellent. I felt amazing when I left and only wished I could have a carried on for another hour. Truly thrilled to have found this gem and cannot wait to visit again.

Love getting my eyebrows done here, usually by Ann, wouldn't go anywhere else.
