The Alliance Multi-Academy Trust

I am privileged to be the CEO of The Alliance Multi Academy Trust (TAMAT) and I am also the Executive Headteacher of Holy Trinity CofE Primary School - which is a member of the Trust. As a leader of a school within our trust I get first-hand experience of the difference and value being part of a TAMAT brings to children and staff, which I feel is essential to my role as CEO. I help coordinate the work of our schools, lead our executive team towards achieving our vision and ensure TAMAT makes a difference. Each school’s uniqueness, talents, resources, ideas, expertise, staff and leadership teams make us stronger together as TAMAT – which was particularly evident during the Covid-19 pandemic.
