Had a fantastic day with Graham and Jaycee ..... we cooked a fabulous three course meal but along the way picked up so many ideas and tips for our future cooking adventures! We can confidently tackle soufflés, filo pastry, and sponge puddings! Graham was endless patient with us and with the help of Jaycee we managed to get everything cooked and had our puddings to take home with us ....a wonderful day ....thank you
