  • Excellent teaching and demonstration from the teacher Paul Smith - highly experienced, friendly, patient and insightful. The classes are always fascinating. The dojo members are a wonderful mix of ages and experience in addition to being a welcoming bunch. Almost 50% are women which makes a welcome change from most dojos, too. Student of Paul's since November 2009.

My life definitely soar up after practicing here.
