Ben Halstead is the coach (website: energy-tennis.co.uk), is the worst person of managing clients' monies. I have booked a lesson via the website. He informed me quickly that this session does not apply to me but he charged me the £24 and he never gave me a refund. Very nice way to increase your income. It is very comfortable to charge my credit card with a service I have never provided. Be careful when you book online on his website.
