  • Lara provided a good plan for me to improve my basic fitness. I've always been a runner but I hate gyms (!) and my core and upper body strength have suffered as a result.   • I have trained with Lara for over two years and cannot recommend her highly enough. When I first started she took the time to discuss what I was trying to accomplish and helped me structure a training plan and diet around it. I hadn't spent much time in the gym previously, so having Lara to help me understand correct technique and weight progression was a massive help. She's very knowledgable and really supportive.   • Over the course of the past few months I have been assisting Lara in her S&C sessions, with a view to gain more coaching experience. Lara has allowed me to lead S&C sessions for beginners to teach them fundamental movement patterns while doing some programming with her guidance.
