Went out of my way to support local business checked the opening times they had posted fotr there ,shut ,what a let down.If I could I would have given zero stars for wasting my time.

Appreciate that everyone can have an ‘off day’ so want to start this review with that statement. Was very difficult to get hold of anyone on the telephone , eventually an email was sent to which I got a response - a follow up email was not responded to about booking In my device. Only when I left a fair but firm voicemail on the main telephone line (which is never answered) did I receive a response. From experience, the company did not fix the issue. Fantastic is all I can say. Up and running with business in minutes after screen gave up the ghost.. Thank you.. Excellent service 👍

First they sorted out the slow laptop. Then they arranged for phone and internet upgrade at a £15 a month saving. Then they came to the house installed new phone wiring and sockets. They managed lit all without any hassle. Can't say enough
