The worst agency I ever worked for! I had found this agency in order to find a side job, since I was, and I am still employed full time. Tha first shift they gave me, I have been left in the middle of an intersection wearing only a white shirt (as they told me) for 12 hours, in the night, without even a bottle of water, I received half money after 1 week, and the half remaining, after 2 weeks. If I could rate 0 I would. Worst job agency ever. Don't pay on time. Today they owe me holiday pay and missing pay of 2 hours from 2 jobs. Lack of communication with employees. Have been in contact with Cliff (who is the area manager of Team Support- manages 3 TS offices). He's nice and communicates regularly when there's an issue but hasn't fixed issues after 1 week! Payroll is vague on STAR payments (like they don't even know their own payroll systems). They charge staff to go to Ascot jobs...
