Great gym in Ellesmere Port, very friendly atmosphere which is great for people new to the sport. Tim is a great coach who is always pushing everyone to improve. Highly recommended for new or experienced grapplers!

Trained with Tim for over 4 years now. Great, knowledgeable coach, who still actively competes and proves himself in the black belt circuit. Very welcoming and friendly group, esp for girls, and with the addition of a female only class, it's great no matter your experience or confidence level. Highly recommend!
