The best up and coming MMA gym in Birmingham. Great foundations and structure not generally seen in Birmingham MMA gyms.

Attended a shambolically organised tournament here on Sunday. It was £10 a ticket and £5 for parking. For this we got - absolutely nothing. Spectators had to literally squat on the floor. Sparring was taking place where the spectators were. There were bags and equipment everywhere making the place a massive tripping hazard. Incredible! Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly team , I've had the odd experience in other MMA gyms across Norfolk and nothing compares! Very high level and dedicated professionals, left on a High and will be back when I'm in Birmingham again , Thankyou team renegade!

Great support from all coaches and the manager Harry. I have started training here for White collar boxing, ULTRA MMA. There has not been a session that I haven't enjoyed! If your looking to start anywhere, I reccomend this place 10/10. Update* I've recently returned for the BJJ classes with Tom Breese! This beginning of a journey has been brilliant and cannot stress enough, this place is a very kind and friendly environment for combat sports. I highly reccomend.

I've only been a member for a few weeks but really enjoy training here. So friendly and welcoming, the address has been updated now on Google. I've only attended Tom's BJJ and 1.30pm classes, they're really good he is such a patient coach and some excellent training partners.
