  • Thankyou Tom! In the first 6 months since joining the TDS barbell club, Tom corrected my Olympic weightlifting technique which in turn improved my max lifts by a huge amount! My lifting feels consistent and confident since Tom has been my coach. I have always struggled to stick to a program, and Tom creates interesting and varied training programs that are updated on a weekly basis with feedback. I enjoy my training now more than I ever have, and the progress I have made is a testament to Tom!
