Phoned T B Davies for some advice on purchasing a ladder, followed up with further calls and messages . Each time my questions were answered and advice given re ladder length etc. Claire who advised me was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making. I eventually made a purchase and to my surprise found that it was cheaper than other avenues of purchasing. Excellent customer service throughout and have no qualms in suggesting you use this long established U K company .

I ordered a loft ladder from Zorro on line, by chance I spotted a few bad reviews after purchase so I called TB Davies and spoke to a very help full chap who explained the driver would wait 10 minutes whilst I inspected the ladder and they had a very low percentage of defects, I should have realised its a ladder so the defects should be zero? Had to wait in all day for delivery as you are only given an 11 hour slot from 7AM to 6PM! You only find this after you have paid? Box looked battered ...

Over seven days, I ordered 2 items (V stand-off & Roof extension). Both times I needed to speak to company & explain my requirements. Clare & Jackie (excuse spellings) dealt with my issue professionally & expediently on both occasions. I am delighted to see a British (Welsh) company retaining such high standards to their customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Although I have used the ladders yet I felt I had to write and thank Ben from customer services for his assistance. I ordered my ladders thro Tesco Direct and the was a hiccup with delivery. Ben called back when promised, kept me informed and sorted the problem, which was very much in my favour. Thank you Ben and all staff at Ladders direct, my ladders were delivered this morning as arranged. Your customer service was excellant.
