  • Would definitely recommend Jake to all my family and friends - I’ve not been with Jake for too long but already I am soooo pleased and enjoying how each sessions are going. I’ve been provided with a plan for outside of my 121’s and know that I can message him whenever and will get any help that I may need. He’s so professional, driven and really makes me feel motivated. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Jake and seeing results!!

  • I’ve not been with Jake for too long. But so far, I am really enjoying my PT sessions! Jake is lovely and professional. He explains everything throughly to make sure that I’m getting the most out of each exercise. I leave every session aching (in a good way). Jake pushes me out of my comfort zone by introducing me to new exercises and encouraging me to lift heavier and do more, rather than settling at lighter weights.   • I have been training with Jake for just over a month and can't recommend him enough. He keeps me motivated and focused during workouts and explains all the exercises to me fully to ensure I always use correct form. The workouts are varied and as I only do the same workout ever other week I never become boring. If you're thinking about trying out a personal trainer you should definitely book in a taster session with him

  • I began my journey with Jake last week and I am really happy with how things are working out. I have PT sessions twice a week and in those sessions jake is brilliant at explaining how to use the equipment correctly and safely. The sessions are always well planned and he knows how to get the best from you.
