Tanglewood Equestrian Centre

First riding lesson for my daughter for a couple of years as she took a break for GCSEs. Seems organised and my daughter has booked another lesson and liked the instructor & horse.

Worst place I’ve ever taken my daughter for lessons. My daughter is 6 and they always give her a child to tutor her. Claire is quite rude and snooty and dare I say I think discriminates, hence the child tutors. We always felt unwelcome.

My experience at Tanglewood was fantastic. I've ridden at multiple other schools over a decade - this was by far the best. Claire is a fantastic instructor; incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and patient. I would recommend to anyone of any age/ability.

Amazing equestrian center. The staff are so nice especially Claire. She encouraged me to get back on when I had my second fall. The horses are magnificent and Sweet. Cornell and Super-ted are the sweetest. Well at least since I ride them so I don't know how sweet the others are 😂🏇🐴.

I would give more stars if I could. Claire has really helped me develop my confidence after a fall at another yard. She also makes me feel incredibly comfortable and happy and talks me through everything. All the other staff are lovely and make you feel really welcome. I definitely recommend to everyone who wants to learn to ride or wants to develop their skills and confidence.
