  • A friendly place to develop your martial skills on and off the mat. Intensity of training is constantly adjusted to suit beginners and those who have physical limitations. The training is a real enjoyment, even though with each session the sensei and senior grades gently push everyone towards technical and spiritual advancement.

  • Expert instructor Peter Downs and great team! Love Aikido❤️ Highly recommend !

  • A friendly martial arts dojo that I am happy to have been a member of for over 7 years! Great location in Norwich with plenty of parking.

  • Having been very worried about starting a martial art I was refreshed by how friendly and welcoming this place and its members were. A really nice bunch of folks. The teacher here is highly respected in Aikido circles, his enthusiasm towards the art coupled with his knowledge and skill makes for an environment of great learning potential. I am so glad I joined this club, definitely a good decision. When you are ready and even if you think you're not, do yourself a favour and give it a try!

  • A completely different marshal art where less is definitely more. The club members are very friendly and welcoming, instruction is given by a really good teacher who is able to demonstrate what sometimes seems like magic. Aikido is a good marshal art for anyone to take up at any time, however, I would especially recommend it if you are already practicing a martial art and are looking for something that is really challenging, thoughtful and sympathetic to you aging joints.
