Susan Taylor is the founder and Managing Director of Tailormade Training solutions Limited – a leading Safeguarding Children and Child Protection consultancy that has been supporting organisations to understand their Safeguarding Children obligations since 2009. In that time it has established itself as a leading Safeguarding Children training consultancy with clients in a range of Local authorities, schools, charities, Early Years providers etc. Susan has over 20 years’ experience as a registered and qualified Children and Family Social Worker. Her expertise lies in the area of Safeguarding Children and she regularly undertakes a range of interventions with organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Tailormade Training Solutions designs and facilitates a range of Safeguarding Children training courses which inspire and motivate learners to think differently about their child protection responsibilities.
