  • Emma's Release & Breathe online class is fantastic for both mind and body. I noticed a huge difference in my posture and joints after the first session. The online class is standing only which means you don't need a huge space at home to get the benefit of the exercises.   • An excellent workout designed by an excellent trainer, Emma Lee. The class is a good size which allows Emma to focus on individual participant’s techniques; this is hard to come by. I definitely felt my technique improve during the course of the class. The beauty of the class is that it allowed me to take part at my own pace. It’s a great HIT workout and it burns, burns, burns those calories!!!! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to shred or get summer ready.

  • Brilliant kung fu inspired fitness class! The instructor is very experienced, fun, patient & really motivational! It's a fairly small, unintimidating group, so Emma can really tailor moves and training to suit individual levels.
