My 11 year absolutely loves Liam's classes! They are fun, educational and he is learning a martial art! His physical fitness and flexibility have increased so much in just a few weeks and he can't wait for the next lesson. Liam is inspirational, he manages to create such a fun atmosphere whilst managing to teach so much in an hour.

Liam is a great coach experienced in a few different areas. Loved the MMA class on Friday! Look forward to going again next week.
