  • Had two skills coaches Tony and Alex absolute gents where always at the end of the phone if i had any issues. Was my first-time using Teams and they both made it simple and enjoyable though out all the webinars. Would highly recommend System Group From signing up to completing the course they are there for you 100%

  • I started an apprenticeship with my employer who chose system group to deliver the HGV training by means of Microsoft teams meetings over a course of a year and I honestly had no end of problems with System Group. I have gone through well over 10 different skills coaches as they can’t seem to keep hold of their employees it seems, there is very poor communication between system group/employers/apprentices and it caused nothing but unnecessary stress and concern.   • Recently Passed my C1 first time with Andy, can honestly say I had a great experience throughout the course. Communication was great, I was really nervous about the whole course especially my test but was put to ease and calmed straight away, lovely atmosphere the whole time. 100% would recommend System group & would use again for any future course.   • I recently completed training and passed my C1 test with System group in Chadderton and I can honestly hand in heart say I’ve had the best experience. The communication with Mark has been outstanding, even when the dates changed and then the queens funeral, Mark was outstanding throughout.   • My Skills Coach David Edmunds massively helped me throughout the course of my apprenticeship, offering great advice and teaching me some valuable skills which have helped me earn a full time role at the company my apprenticeship was with.
