Syon Park - Albury Estate Fisheries

Lovely, tranquil setting. Beautiful scenery and great fishing

Best fly fishing lake in London. Been coming regularly for the latter part of this year, and though this year has been hard fishing wise, I have always managed to enjoy myself at Syon Park. The setting is beautiful, the lake and fish stock levels are well maintained. Good quality Rainbows that also taste good, no muddiness here! I'm yet to catch a blue, brown or tiger, but others have so I know they are in there. Keep up the good work guys!

I go there for fly fishing, but loads of locations next to it for walking. Loads of dog walkers and joggers around. But you can't walk around the lake, it only for the fishermen.

I was there in September, it was closed. Hopefully now :) it has beautiful scenery from outside but wondering if the trouts are so good as rumours goes. Entrance £8 +£12 per fish you catch Easy parking next to fishery.

A very small portion of this park is free to the public. A big part is closed and another one is the castle itself. It's still a nice getaway to disappear to and read a book in peace.
