Fantastic riding experience! We had a great time riding wonderful horses, and meeting lovely people. Jenny and her team were fab!

Great hack yesterday! Claire was great and was able to answer all of the questions I had before arriving at the yard. I was able to pay in advance by mobile banking which is a big help if you're not near a speedbank. I hadn't ridden since January, but after filling in the relevant forms and completing a ridden assessment in the arena, all parties were satisfied that I was competent enough to take part in the Woodland Ride. Thank you very much for the hack to St Cuthbert’s Cave on Tuesday. It was wonderful, everything I had ever dreamt of when I took up riding again. I enjoyed it enormously. Well-behaved horses, beautiful countryside, a well organised hack and lots of cantering - what more can anyone want! I thought I knew that countryside as I have walked there, but the views we had on the hack were the best I’ve ever seen up there. Great helpful staff, all know and explain the dangers of working with horses. Although the staffing is short with only one qualified instructor. This is the only person that will teach. Staff are great with children and are all experienced and have at least completed all of the junior BHS stable management and riding stages.
