Swimwild

An amazing weekend! The swims were beautiful, in a different loch each time. We were really well looked after with good local knowledge and lots of cake and hot drinks after. Accommodation at Inshriach House was very comfortable. Catering was excellent too. Can't fault the weekend at all.

I've done a few events with Swim Wild and the team are brilliant. Events are well organised and always enjoyable. I did a coaching session with Alice and got loads from it, she took my swim back to basics and as a result I'm really enjoying freestyle.

I went on the Winter Retreat at the end of November 2022. It was awesome. Inshriach House is a great base: loads of character, very comfortable - and very warm! The swims were all in stunning locations - the water is crystal clear and the scenery is just beautiful. Alice and Al were terrific hosts and guides, very knowledgeable, and reassuring that they had our back. Definitely hope to go again.

Saturday was my 3rd annual front crawl technique workshop with Alice at Swimwild. Cant recommend this day enough. I began picking up front crawl about 5 years ago and Alice's days have helped enormously - learning proper technique and giving me drills to work away on over the year. Getting a video of what you're actually doing under the water is illuminating! Now just need to put the practice in. Thanks Alice, will be back again next year!

I've just returned from a superb SwimWild holiday to Knoydart and can highly recommend. Amazing swims, walks, wildlife spottings and a huge amount of laughter. I will definitely be going on another SwimWild holiday in the future.
