Very unprofessional. Ignored emails and texts . Gave up after 8 days as i still couldn't get enough information to book a lesson .
Brilliant teachers using great techniques. My daughter hated water in her face, she now jumps in and has done her 50m badge. All down to this swim school which is now run by Karen Snape Swimming :0)
