Swiis was founded in 1988 by our Chairman and owner Mr Dev Dadral initially providing local social care provision from an office in Ealing, West London. The Swiis commitment to quality was soon recognised by our clients, enabling the Swiis business to grow extensively over the years, diversifying out into foster care (England) in 2000, healthcare in 2004 and foster care (Scotland) in 2005. Swiis is now one of the most substantial and reputed providers of independent foster care in the UK with 13 foster care facilities caring for nearly 700 looked after children and young people. Swiis Healthcare quickly established a reputation as a leading UK provider of staffing services in the industry. Our expertise across the healthcare industry is embedded throughout our organisation and ensures that we find the right outcome every time for both clients and candidates. Whilst we are proud of our past, we are also firmly focused on our future, and it is our ambition to expand our services in order to provide a complete portfolio of healthcare related services.
