My experience with swift was horrible. They placed me in a corrupt nursery and when I went to HR for help they didn't care. They gave me no support or help. Ultimately my dreams to be a Nursery Educator were crushed and I now have trauma from being told by my nursery managers at the time that I'm "too sick for work" due to having depression.
