  • Beth is an absolutely superb PT, she got me back into enjoying working out and making it part of my lifestyle. She is incredibly motivating and supportive, without her constant support I really wouldn’t still be going to the gym and working out without her help. She is great at tailoring sessions to anything around you, such as a bad knee or arm, and has made my form for lifting top notch. I cannot recommend her enough, you will be lucky to have her as a PT and have her support.
