Felt very unprofessional and as though we were a nuisance to the staff both on the day and before. I originally called to book an interview and was told the person was busy so she'd call me back, however I had to call back the next day because she never bothered. Another candidate had a similar issue where she had to chase an email she didn't get a reply to after a week.
