I cannot recommend Sammy enough! Recently returned from a luxurious Yoga/paddle boarding retreat in Cyprus ☀️ Sammy is a fountain of knowledge, taking in everyone’s abilities, while still making it fun. Thank you for an amazing retreat. I can’t wait for the next one.

I’ve just been to Cyprus with Sammy for a 5 day yoga and paddle boarding retreat and what a treat it was. She ran well thought out sessions taking all of our levels of experience into account. Waking up in the morning to some sunshine, breakfast and knowing that my week was planned, but not over planned was a real luxury. I will be back for more! Thanks Sammy
