Excellent service, they were able to supply a bass which was out of stock everywhere else. Due to a website error I ordered an amp which they didn't have. It was replaced with a better amp of a higher value at no extra cost to me. Great communication and fast delivery by Chris.

My daughter needed to move up from a quarter to half size violin and we were keen to buy from an actual shop, rather than order online. I spoke to Rowan this morning and we were in the car with a beautiful sounding, perfectly set up Stentor Graduate violin after school! My daughter had a great time trying out violins in a private practice room in the shop and Rowan was brilliant throughout!
