Hi Kevin, Dave, Nina and anyone else I've missed I would like to thank you all for the hard work you've put in in order to replace the certificates I requested. I received them today from NCFE. I know I wrote a crumby review while on the course I was doing, but maybe it has helped for the future. Should anymore courses come up that SLLP are doing then I'd be very happy to use this company again to do them. I would also recommend that others try their courses too.

I really wouldn't recommend doing a course with these people. I'm currently doing a business admin course which should have ended in March 2019, but it's still going on. The reasons for this are the rooms not been booked or the tutor's sick. We've had more time out than we have done on the course. We've asked for a supply tutor and nothing is forthcoming in order to keep the course running on time, not even the host of the event knows if the course is on or off as the tutor never gets in touc...
