A multi-disciplinary team of experts with one agenda – making organisations more accessible to customers lacking capacity. A person’s ability to access shops and services within their community shouldn’t be dependent on whether their capacity is affected by something. Sadly, it is. Our goal is to change that, by ensuring that all frontline staff are adequately trained for disability awareness of when support might be required and the ability to provide it sensitively.
